OK, so this is very much a “high level” description of what you’re going to find on this blog – when I have more time, I’ll certainly make this more fun – but for now, I wanted to make sure this blog was setup for our Summer 2012 plans!
When I was on my family trip in 1991, my mom provided each of us with a spiral notebook as a journal for our adventures and reflections of that trip. We are taking a 2 week vacation this summer – and I knew I’d never manage to write in a journal – but I realized that blogging would be a great way to get that same type of day-to-day documentation of the trip! We’ll see how it goes 🙂
As far as us, here’s a timeline:
- First Date: July 14, 2000
- Cohabitation began: May 2001
- Marriage Proposal: March 8, 2003
- Wedding: September 21, 2003
- First home: April 9, 2004
- Camryn was born: June 27, 2006
- Hayden was born: January 28, 2009
