Camryn attended soccer camp this week.
I will admit, I was a little nervous that she would just sit on the sidelines and not be willing to participate. But, my fears were put to rest after the first day when she announced
It was sort of fun!
That was huge… I mean, she rarely expresses enthusiasm about anything so it meant that things were going great.
Tuesday was crazy hair day and Wednesday was wacky. She participated in both dress up activities too.

Soccer skills are coming along too. Although she was the smallest in the camp, it didn’t seem like she let that stop her, at least in the skill/learning portions of the day!
Thursday she didn’t participate in the “dress up” because she didn’t have a jersey to wear.
Friday was all about teamwork and they played a couple ofLinnet games where Rhett incorporated the dribbling, trapping, passing and shooting skills learned from the week. Camryn wad on team Ireland and the other team wad team Spain.
Sam and I went to watch the game in the morning and caught a few pictures. I need to see if anything turned out!
I think that if soccer is in her future it will need to be with a smaller age group and potentially girls only…
Good week though and happy the weather cooperated!
